MgT2 Oghman Raider (500 tons, TL9)

The TL9 500-ton Oghman Raider is the most common raiding vessel constructed by the clans of Oghma.

 At TL9, it is barely capable of fighting, though frankly it is not designed as a space combatant. The Oghman Raider is built to carry fifty raiders and their gear to the worlds of the Sindalian Main, where it then lands and disgorges them upon defenseless victims. The weapons are designed primarily to use against ground targets and the weak defenses of TL5-8 worlds. For space combat, the Oghman Raider usually carries a rack of nuclear missiles to throw at attackers before it jumps. The Oghman Raider carries enough fuel to do two J-1's, allowing it to cross the J-2 gaps in the Dustbelt. Raiders will typically land near water sources and begin refueling immediately, while the raiding parties gather loot and slaves.
