The PC's are a gang of Fringers loosely affiliated with one another, connected through Azrael, a local information broker who also puts together teams for heists and gray operations in and around Southowilson.
Laney "Azriel" Matthews (Dixie H) - Laney is a Cascadia-born infobroker/fixer. She runs a legitimate consulting and acquisitions business under her real name. She does her more shady dealings as Azriel (usually with her hair color changed and from a burner phone). She knows people and loves boys. She is trying to regain her previous wealth after returning to Southowilson.
Severyn “Grind” Devereaux (Clint H): A Nevada nomad by heritage, Severyn is a recent arrival to Southowilson. He is a hardened veteran of the Fourth World War and subsequent brutal conflicts in the Nevada badlands, where constant violence and scarcity shaped his outlook. For years, he lived as a drifting fighter, surviving out of a failing off-road vehicle and moving from one conflict to the next with nothing tying him down. Now, he has come to the city with deliberate intent, seeking to abandon that life and establish a lasting reputation of his own.
