These are listed in no real order or significance, and will be added to as necessary. The list includes friends, enemies, allies, contacts, and even former player characters.
Anton “Cigarette” Korolev, Fixer and Goon - Former Russian Army, Central Asian War Vet. Likes to drink, can operate heavy weapons, smokes like a chimney, and has connections all over Siberia. Anton is a tall man with a blank, almost stupid expression. He is easygoing, slow to anger, and physically imposing. Korolev is a smuggler and fixer by trade, mainly dealing in weapons and light narcotics. He doesn't trust Papandreou but regards the PCs as friends.
Charles "Shorty" Esi, Soldier - Afro-Francais man and friend of Osman Ali from Earth. Shorty is a big guy, ex-criminal, but relatively easygoing. An experienced and competent fighter but unaccustomed to military life, he opted not to join the TFL and is instead a guard at the Red Sky Casino, where he occasionally acts as muscle for the gang bosses attached to the casino.
Cherise “Cherry Bomb” Toussaint, Techie - A merchant and hacker, lives in Comanche Flats. Cherry Bomb is a heavy-set woman of Elysian Afro-Français ancestry, known mainly as a technician with a unique flair for fashion and red roses. She is willing to work with the PC's for a minimal fee. She considers them friends, having survived the run from the Kleiber Mine with them.
Chiriga Oleguwan, Pilot - Azanian panzer jockey and merc from Jo'berg. Well-connected and can handle any ground vehicle with proficiency. A tall, thin, but fit woman with extremely dark skin and cyber eyes, she is hot-tempered and quick-thinking. She loves to brawl, prone to proving herself by fighting. Chiriga will work with the PC's when they need transport for a cut.
Dean Moretz, Bureaucrat - A survivor and refugee from the north, Dean is a native of German ancestry from a now vaporized small town. He works in the Tanstaafl City government and is fast, clever, and adaptable. He hopes to join President Bellamy's staff as an advocate for refugee affairs. Well known for soccer career in HS, he now plays on a local team as a minor celebrity.
Dimitrios Papandreou, Fixer - a Greek criminal of high rank, ran afoul of the Union Corse Mafia and took the opportunity to split from Europe. Fancies himself a sport hunter and has a very nice rifle and scope. In his fifties, strong but slightly overweight. Papandreou is genial but ruthless. In Tanstaafl City, he acts as the PC's primary agent and business manager, getting contracts and supplies as a sideline to his normal businesses.
Idriss Dabake, Soldier - Afro-Francais man and friend of Osman Ali, Idriss is from an African agcorp family. He is a basic soldier, inexperienced but brave. He jokingly offers to marry Jaq D whenever they meet. Idriss has joined the TFL, and helps keep them updated on war news over beers. Strangely, he always wears armor in public, even in civilian garb, after he was badly wounded in the escape from the Kleiber Mine.
Maria "Matty" Voorhies, Solo - a Dutch woman and French citizen who served in the French Army (POG). Owes Dimitrios for saving her brother's life when he ran into trouble with Union Corse. She is not an experienced infantry soldier, but she is tough, brave, and an excellent shot with a pistol. She is Papandreaou's assistant, agent, and enforcer when necessary. Matty will work with the PC's, but seems to mistrust them or regard them as threatening her position with her boss.
TFL Captain Woody Benning, Military Officer - CO of 5th Commando/RAMROD, a rapid deployment unit in the PC's region. He was the one who processed the PC's into the city and who confiscated the BugBus. He frequently calls on the PCs for their skills, acting as an occasional patron. Woody is a bald, muscular native of Anglo Texan ancestry with an explosive temper.
TFL Lieutenant Xoci Dreyer, Military Officer - XO of 5th Commando, and liaison to the local minor mercenary units. A native of Hispanic Texan woman of slim build and quiet demeanor, LT Dreyer is more adept behind a desk than in combat, but she is still quite valuable as a staff officer. She is frustrated that the PC's did not join the TFL, but respects them professionally.
Kai Alexander Moon: British field scientist, explorer, and professional expedition member. Most noted for his work with various foundation expeditions on Crater, Beowulf, and various Pentapod facilities in the French Arm. KA Moon has even shown up in a documentary or two. After the return to Tanstaafl, he attached with Kyle Poly University as a guest researcher.
